Ove has worked with production and outreach at Auto Images since 2011, being involved in production and outreach for projects like Harbour of Hope, Every Face Has a Name and Cutting Loose. With an emphasis on transmedia aspects and narrative structures, Ove also gives creative input to the development of new projects.
Ove has over 12 years of experience as a consultant on international documentary financing, as he since Winter 2003 has been working with EDN – European Documentary Network; which he still continues to do. He has a master degree in film studies with additional studying of cultural journalism and humanistic computer informatics. Besides working for EDN and Auto Images he also serves as a board member of the Nordic documentary screening initiative Doc Lounge.
Ove has for many years been the moderator of the leading international new media event The IDFA DocLab Interactive Conference. He was one of the leading tutors at the pioneering new media development program New Platforms, New Politics in 2009. He is a close collaborator in building documentary market opportunities at leading markets like European Film Market in Berlin, Marche du Film in Cannes. In 2017, he became the first officially awarded patron of the Chinese new media forum Fresh Pitch, where he serves as an international advisor.
